Why are black cats special?
Growing up, I had a lot of (outdoor) cats. They were primarily gray tabbies, black and white and black. We didn’t have any full white, full gray, or orange cats. The cats were outside cats, but we still gave them names and fed them. Color did not matter. I actually don’t even know if I was aware of this evil myth. Yeah, the myth itself has deep, historical and religious racist roots. And that is what is evil.
